Lisa has studied extensively formally and informally in the fields of naturopathic medicine, nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, behavioural neuroscience, psychotherapy and counselling, personal development, female reproductive health, self-esteem and confidence building, mind-body medicine, anxiety management, relationships, stress management and meditation.

Lisa's passion for health, healing and transformation began at an early age. She was taken to see her first naturopath at the age of 6! By the time she was 22 years of age she had completed 4 years of study to become a qualified Naturopath and continued to pursue her studies into the field of Energetic Healing and Mind-Body Medicine. She has previously run a successful practice in Sydney and travelled internationally as a naturopath, energetic healer and meditation teacher with a database of clients in Singapore and England. On moving to the Central Coast she made a change in direction and pursued her other passion, business. Lisa spent three years as the Managing Director of a medium sized company. In an unexpected change of direction she was guided to return to her work as a Naturopath, Counsellor and Energetic Healer and to create a space where she is able to share her knowledge, experience and passion for health.

Lisa lives on the Central Coast with her husband and two children. She continues her studies and is completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Wellness at RMIT university and an Advanced Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy at Terrigal Gestalt Institute.
