As a therapist I am gifted with the unique experience of spending my days sitting with women and being invited into the sacred space of their inner world. This is where I am welcomed in to listen and hold space as they share their stresses, fears, dreams, anxieties, health issues, traumas, grief, secret fantasies and above all hope.
The inner world of women is often rich and complex and I am deeply influenced by their bravery, kindness, compassion and power. These women move through their lives guided by their intuition, intelligence and wisdom making choices and decisions that not only impact them but also their families and communities.
I am gifted daily by my interactions with not only my clients but also my own mentors, colleagues, collaborators, friends and family. These are the women in my close circle who hold me, make me laugh, inspire me, forgive me and who I feel truly loved by.
I started the journey of becoming a professional supporter of women from the ripe age of 18 years when I first started my studies into Naturopathy. I feel like I can honestly say at this age now, 30 years later that I feel it is has been one of the primary purposes of my life… and one of the greatest gifts life has blessed me with.
Working with Me
My primary values as a therapist are, safety, confidentiality, professionalism, collaboration, authenticity, connection, self-care, compassion, empowerment and education.
I passionately follow the knowing that you are the expert on you. My role is as a supporter. I meet you where you are on your journey and guide you with my knowledge and experience to the healthiest version of you, aware that it will look different for every client I work with.
Combining the many different modalities I practice I will take the time to be present as we decide the best way to work together. Sometimes this may only take a few sessions and sometimes it can be a ongoing therapeutic relationship depending on your needs.
As a part of my work I have created a beautiful centre that is located in Erina on the NSW Central Coast. My intention was to cultivate a space that will make you feel relaxed, homely and safe. Here are some photos of the space you will be visiting if you see me in person.
