DYNAMIC PROCESS GROUP
During this group Lisa holds the space for people to self-direct their own healing process. Using a combination of constellation work, gestalt psychotherapy, group connection and intuitive awareness a space for transformation is created.
This group is open for people who are looking to be a part of a supportive group process that goes deep!
It is primarily facilitated through the modality of constellation work.
Constellation work is an experiential process developed by Bert Hellinger (a German Psychotherapist) that addresses our problems from the soul’s perspective through the use of movement, expression and ritual.
A Systemic Constellation is a facilitated process that reveals hidden dynamics and resources that can bring resolution to internal issues within any relational system – personal, professional or organisational. Constellations work is considered most effective in addressing concerns that are systemic in nature. These concerns might include family of origin issues, parent-child relationship difficulties, intimate relationship challenges and internal personal dynamics.
It may be used as a potential therapy method for people who:
Are seeking to address negative or harmful relationship patterns
Want to be in a romantic relationship
Are attempting to resolve family entanglements
Want to overcome inner turmoil
Have experienced significant trauma or loss
Are seeking to work through shadow aspects of their nature
Are in search of personal and professional success
The group will have approximately 10 participants in total and run from 12- 5pm quarterly on a Saturday at Meraki Wellness Centre, Erina NSW.
